Mr. Harley Dearl Townsend, age 68, of Calhoun, Georgia, departed this life Thursday morning, February 27, 2014 at Erlanger Health Center surrounded by his loving family.

Harley was born January 20, 1946 in Woodstock, Georgia, a son to the late Arthur and Millie Davis Townsend. Harley was also preceded in death by brothers; Delmar, Elmer, Raymond, Horace and Arthur Townsend, sisters; Zelma Coker and Virginia Davis, and a daughter Theresa Vanhorn. Harley proudly served his country in the United States Army.
