ELLINWOOD - Charles A. Bryant, 65, died
Wednesday at his home.

Born Dec. 14, 1911 at Waynoka, Okla.

He married Dorothy Heine Nov. 24,1936 at Susank.

He was a retired Ellinwood District Hospital
custodian and lived here since 1945.

He was a member of the St. John Lutheran
Church, VFW, American Legion, all of Ellinwood.

Survivors include widow; sons: Technical
Sgt. Allen, Blythewille Air Force Base, Ark.;
First Class Petty Officer Eldon, Smyrna,
Ga.; Phillip, Chase; Martin, Wichita; foster
son: Max Berger, Riverside, Calif.; daughters:
Mrs. Barbara Worman, Mrs. Phyllis Casey,
Ellinwood; brother: Harry, Great Bend; sister:
Mrs. Betty Albright, Kingman; ten grandchildren.

Funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the church;
Rev. Victor W. Dahlke. Burial will be in Lakin-
Comanche District Cemetery, Ellinwood. Family
suggests memorials to the University Lutheran
Center, Wichita, or Ellinwood Hospital Auxiliary
