Linda was born August 8th, 1958 in Linton, ND to Jerome and Loretta (Fiest) Senger. She was raised on a farm northwest of Hague, ND where she and her twelve siblings learned the values of hard work and family cooperation.
In 1977 Linda married Galen, the love of her life and best friend. Theirs was a story of abiding devotion, forged by the joys and triumphs along with the misfortunes shared during 37 years of selfless marriage. Together they built a strong foundation and a wonderful life in Cogswell, ND, raising 2 children while working at Bobcat in Gwinner in various roles with Linda finishing her career there as a welder. Following high school, she enlisted with the National Guard for a short time.
The keys to Linda's life were simple; treat others as you would want to be treated and to take time to make people smile and laugh. Family support was important to Linda, in good or bad times they were present to share in life's memorable and challenging moments. Linda cared deeply for her friends, co-workers and those she served, making numerous acquaintances wherever she would go.
Linda's passion in life was found at home through countless garden and landscaping projects. Her summers were spent canning, freezing, and sharing recipes for preserving their bountiful harvests. She assisted with the family's sheep hobby and helped her children with 4-H projects for many years. The example she set as a mother and a spouse is the great inheritance she leaves to her children.
Linda will be greatly missed by her husband, Galen, her daughter Jeannie Wolf and son Matthew Wolf.
She treasured the time spent with her grandchildren and was a wonderful grandma to them.
Linda is survived by her father Jerome Senger; her mother Loretta Senger; six sisters: Donna Krumm, Mary Kramer, Patty Levi, Judy Lacher, Lisa Meyers; and six brothers: Francis, Ryan, Dan, James, Dennis and David Senger, as well many nieces and nephews.
