He attended Blinn Jr. College in Brenham, TX and Southwest Texas State College in Sam Marcus, TX. Jack lived most of his school years in Austin, Texas but after college moved to Houston. Jack was a member of The First United Methodist Church of Pearland and has been a respected and well known member of the Pearland community for over 25 years. Jack owned and operated his own business, Larsen Insulation Contractor's Co., Inc., for approximately 25 years, in Pearland, until his retirement in December, 2001. In addition, in 1999 Jack and Suzanne purchased the old Pearland Sites Roller Rink and their vision became a reality as Able Business Park and Self-Storage Co., in Pearland, Texas. Jack is survived by his wife Suzanne Larsen, his brother Ray Larsen, children: Randy Larsen and his wife Kim, Glen Larsen, Callie Hutto and husband Tony; step-children, Johnny Whittenberg, Kimberly Keaton, grandchildren; Brittany Larsen, Forrest Kirkpatrick, Cole Larsen and Brandon Larsen; and his beloved pet, "Scooter." Visitation was held April 12, 2004 in the Chapel. Funeral Services were held in his honor, on April 13, 2004 at the Corl's Family Funeral Home with Interment at Southpark Cemetery.
