Daughter of Angelo & Grazia (Aliffi) Sorrentino and wife of William J. Saks. They were co-owners of Willy-Joe's Steak Shop in Allentown, PA. from 1945 until William's death in 1969. She had previously worked at Schlegel Brothers as a cloth inspector.
