I have not yet found William's grave but would like to add him to provide the link to other family. Supporting documentation on William can be found on the will of Allen Daniel where he is referred to as the husband of Elizabeth who is the daughter of Allen as well as a record of marriage to Elizabeth on Oct 9, 1830. I have been unable to prove what the S stands for and have hesitated to use Snead because this William ( son of William Alexander) does have a cousin William Snead, son of Charles Sorrells , who is 15 years his junior and the two are often confused. Note that when the marriage between William and Elizabeth occurred William Snead (Charles) would have been 10 years old.
