KATY — Margaret "Peggy" Scroggins, 92, passed away Thursday, Sept. 26, 2013, in Katy, Texas.
She was born April 30, 1921, in Aurora, Ill., to Ralph and Lucinda Roscoe. She was a loving Christian wife and mother.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Earl Keith "Tim" Scroggins.
She is survived by her daughter of Katy, Texas; sons of Rockport, Texas, and of San Marcos, Texas; four grandchildren, Scott , Laura , Erin and Kasey and four great-grandchildren, Dalton , Chase , Jessaca and Sarrah.
Peggy lived in Kerrville, Texas, for more than 25 years where she had many friends that shared her interests in quilting, doll making and cross stitching.
Before moving to Kerrville, Peggy and her husband, Tim, lived in Houston, Texas, where she had many wonderful friends and neighbors.
A graveside memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Nov. 2, 2013, at the Garden of Memories Cemetery at 3250 Fredericksburg Road, in Kerrville, Texas.
