The daughter of John and Mary Angeline (Taylor) Milligan.
Mrs. Denning was a member of Northminster Presbyterian Church and Home City Council Number 27 Daughters of America.
Her Husband, Robert James Denning, preceded her in death in 1925.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. J. Ross (Marie) Dallas of Springfield; one grandchild; one great-grandchild; one brother, Carl Milligan of Freeport, Illinois and several nieces and nephews.
Her Body was taken to the Woods - Algier Funeral Home, where friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in the funeral home in charge of the Rev. Eric DeBrier, Pastor of the Northminster Presbyterian Church.
Burial will be in the Greenfield Cemetery, Greenfield, Ohio.
