Charles "Chuck" Wickham

U.S. Veteran Charles William Wickham, 73, of Kimberly and formerly of Door County, passed away in Appleton on March 4, 2014. He was born June 15, 1940, in Brainerd, MN to Frank and Zelma Wickham. He served his country in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged in 1964. On December 31, 1965, he married Lynnette Christenson.

Chuck and Lynnette raised their family in Door County and then moved to Appleton in 1988. Chuck worked at Valley Packaging until his retirement in 2012. His love for the outdoors was displayed in his art work. Chuck used different media in his art work including paper, wood, and leather.

Survivors include his three children, John Wickham, formerly of Door County; Frank (Shelly) Wickham, Sturgeon Bay; Martina (Robert) Olson, Appleton; one granddaughter, Amanda Olson. He was preceded in death by his wife and twelve siblings.

Memorial Services will be conducted at 12:00 noon, Saturday, March 8, 2014, at Forbes Funeral Home, in Sturgeon Bay with the Rev. Joseph Mitchell officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services on Saturday.
