Mrs. John Wassink Of Gibbsville Dies At Hospital Here

Mrs. John Wassink, nee Brasser, aged 47, of Gibbsville, died Tuesday morning at 6 o'clock at the Sheboygan Memorial hospital following a brief illness of one week.

She was born November 3, 1887, in the town of Lima and has always resided in the Gibbsville vicinity. Her marriage to John Wassink took place in November, 1926.

Survivors are her husband, her mother, Mrs. Jacob Brasser, one daughter, Mrs. Lester Ten Pas of Cedar Grove and two sons, Wilmer and Victor Wassink, both of Gibbsville, two grandchildren; two sisters, Oostburg and Mrs. William Kappers of South Oostburg and Mrs. Peter Westerbeke of Gibbsville; two brothers, Ben and Louis Braasser, both of Gibbsville. Her father and two sisters preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 1 o'clock at the home and at 1:30 o'clock at the Gibbsville Reformed church. The Rev. R. C. Lubbers will officiate and interment will be made in the Gibbsville cemetery.
