Of Natick, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday Jan. 8th, 2013 at the Metro-West Medical Center Leonard Morse Campus in Natick at the age of 42.

Born on May 24, 1970 in Jersey City, New Jersey; beloved daughter of Susan L. (Hale) Hoover-Spooner of Waltham and the late Karl L. Spooner Sr., Lisa was raised in Waltham and had been a resident of Billerica for 2 years, Bedford for 10 years, and Winchester, New Hampshire before moving to Natick a year ago.

A graduate of Waltham High School with the Class of 1989, Lisa had many different jobs throughout her life, including working at Arby's and West Coast Video both in Waltham, delivered the newspaper in Waltham, worked for the Stop & Shop Grocery Store in Bedford and for 9 years at Veterans Taxi.

She was a Past Member of the Ladies of the Moose Waltham Lodge #1018. In her spare time she enjoyed playing bingo, computer games, and staying in touch with family & friends through her social media networks. She was full of life and loved being there to care for everyone. Her family will forever remember the love that she shared with one and all. Lisa would always say "Live, Laugh & Love".

In addition to her mother, Lisa survived by her loving children Kevin J. Spooner and Kristina M. Spooner both of Natick and their fathers Charles B. Meek and Jason Fitch, her dear siblings Kristine Boothby of N.C., Kelly Perry and Karl J. Spooner Jr. both of N.Y., Kimberlee J. Spooner, Matthew Spooner and Daniel Hoover all MA, her cherished fiancée' Lloyd A. Sheck and many aunts, uncles, cousins, numerous close & devoted friends and extended family.

A Funeral Service in celebration of Lisa's Life will be held in the Story Chapel of Mount Auburn Cemetery, 580 Mount Auburn St., Cambridge on Thursday Jan. 17th at 10:00 a.m. Relatives & Friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting Hours will be held in the Brasco & Sons Memorial Chapel, 773 Moody Street, Waltham on Wednesday Jan. 16th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Parking attendants will be on duty.
