Christopher A. Fisher, 43, of Ballston Spa, passed away Thursday, October 7, at his home, surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, April 6, 1967, he was the son of the late Glen and Helen Fisher.

He served in the U.S. Navy. Chris was an underwriter engineer for Aegis Insurance Co.

He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Ballston Spa.

He enjoyed kayaking, biking, golfing, fishing and skiing. His passion was photography. His greatest joy was spending time with his family. Chris was a respected co-worker and friend.

He was predeceased by his parents, Glen and Helen Fisher, and daughter, Amanda Fisher.

He is survived by his wife, Suzanne; his children, Stephen Fisher and Meghan Fisher of Ballston Spa; brother, Clark Fisher and his companion Lonnie, and their daughter Emily of Johnstown, PA; mother and father in law, Monica and Gary Paige; brothers in law, Gary Paige, Jr and his wife Wendy, and Christopher Paige and his wife Meghan. Christopher was the beloved uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Burial with full military honors will follow at the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Duell Road, Town of Saratoga.
