Mr. Clyde H. Fisher, 81, of Muscle Shoals, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2013. His family will receive friends Saturday, July 27, from 12:30 till 2pm at Colbert Memorial Chapel. The funeral will begin at 2pm in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Brett Pitman officiating. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Fisher is preceded in death by his loving wife of 62 years, Sula Mae Fisher; parents, Freddie and Lepha Stanley Fisher; and sister-in-law, Margie Fisher.
He was a lifelong resident of Colbert County. He retired from Reynolds Alloys, and a carpenter by trade. He was a member of Highland Park Baptist Church.
He is survived by his daughter, Teresa Trousdale (Jackie); grandson, Bradley Trousdale; brother, Jerry L. Fisher; brother-in-law, Bobby Wright (Rosie); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Terry Fisher, Ricky Wright, Hillard South, Bobby Davis, Jimmy Bratton, and Bob Rutherford.
Our family gives a special thanks to his loving caregivers, Brittney, Britney, Laura and Caitlyn; Gentiva Hospice; and Dr. Doreen Morris and her staff.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Highland Park Baptist Building Fund in his memory.
