Lisa Locke Neal, 39, of 4022 Brackenberry Drive, wife of Jeffrey F. Neal, died Friday, June 9, 2006 at the Hospice House. Born July 20, 1966 in Anderson, she was the daughter of Larry and Judy Locke. She was a graduate of Clemson University and was currently a teacher at Concord Elementary School. She taught at Starr Elementary School for several years prior to moving to Concord. She was a member of First Baptist Church and the Agape Sunday School Class. Surviving are her husband, Jeffrey of the home; two sons, Jared Mattison Neal and Perry David Neal, II of the home; parents of Belton; three brothers, Ben Locke and his wife Dixie, Russ Locke and his wife Tonya, and David Locke and his wife Cara, all of Belton. She was preceded in death by a brother, Matt Locke.
