BELTON — Services for Rita G. Cox, 97, of Belton will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Christ the King Catholic Church in Belton with the Rev. James Misko officiating.
Burial will be in North Belton Cemetery.
Mrs. Cox died Sunday, March 2.
She was born Oct. 3, 1916, in Talla Bena, La., to Mr. and Mrs. Walter Guidry. She married Roy Lester Cox on June 27, 1939, in Reserve, La. She was a homemaker and a member of Christ the King Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by a son, David Cox, in 2010; and a grandchild.
Survivors include her husband of Belton; two sons, Roy Lester Cox Jr. of Houston and Rod Cox of Belton; two grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Christ the King Catholic Church Food Pantry.
Visitation will be 5:30-7 p.m. Wednesday with a rosary at 7 p.m. at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton.
