Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Colonial-DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel. Elder Frank Wyman will officiate. Burial will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery in College Place.

Mrs. Pyke was born April 17, 1899, in Tomahawk, Wis., to George and Henrietta Smits Lamb. She attended Tomahawk schools and the Lower Naches Academy. At the age of 13, her family moved to Wapato.
She married Hiram Edwards June 20, 1920, in Wapato; he died in 1937. She then married Eldred Pyke Aug. 13, 1940, in Granger. He died in 1963.
She lived in Grandview for 32 years before moving to College Place in 1977. She was a member of College Place Seventh-day Adventist Church. She was homemaker.
She is survived by two daughters. Naomi Overbaugh of Hayden Lake, Idaho, and Rebecca Lesser of Dayton; a step-daughter, Carol Kilmer of Ferndale; six sons, Dean Edwards of Stanwood, Donivan Edwards of Milton-Freewater, Oliver Edwards of Spokane, Ottis Edwards of Singapore, Norman Edwards of Las Vegas, Nev., and Rupert Edwards of Spokane; two step-sons, Russel Pyke of Sedro Wooley and Dale Pyke of Loma Linda, Calif.; two sisters, Ethel Lamb of Zillah and Rose Stacy of College Place; one brother, Elmer Lamb of White Swan; 20 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
