Pamela A. Tuff, 70, of Bernhard's Bay, NY, passed away February 28, 2014 at Crouse Hospital after a brief illness. She was born August 4, 1943 in Syracuse a daughter of Clarence and Hollise Beebe Leonard and was a 1961 graduate of Paul V. Moore High School. On February 24, 1962, she married Charles F. Tuff in Cleveland, NY, a loving bond of 52 years. Pamela worked as a "cafeteriologist" with the Central Square School system for many years serving lunches at A.A. Cole, Cleveland Elementary, the middle school and Paul V. Moore High School. She attended St. Mary's Church, Cleveland, NY. Surviving are her husband, Charles; a daughter, Heather and Randy Smith, Mallory; three sons, Shawn and Janice Tuff, Bernhard's Bay, Charles and Joanne Tuff, West Monroe and Christopher and Samantha Tuff, Constantia; nine grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; two sisters, Linda and Donald Phelps, Cleveland, Katie and Norm Harrington, Norwich; two brothers, Toby Leonard and Janet Moonen, North Bay, Clarence and Brenda Leonard, Caughdenoy and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Gary and Melvin "Butch" Leonard. A funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m. Friday from St. Mary's Church, Cleveland, NY under the direction of the Watson Funeral Home, Central Square, NY. Spring interment: St. Mary's Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home, 631 S. Main Street. Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to "Toys for Tots", P.O. Box 413, Cleveland, NY 13042.
