Age 36 years, former resident of Hampstead, Maryland, died Saturday August 23, 1947 at Pinehurst Beach, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. With some friends he had been bathing and shortly after coming out of the water, was seen to slump down on the beach and died almost before anyone could reach him. The medical examiner gave a certificate of coronary occlusion. His wife who was Miss Christine Robosson preceded in death about three years ago.
He was a son of Estey Rupp Richards and the late Edward L. Richards, Hampstead. He is survived by two children, Albert E. Jr. and Mary Marguerite; also by his mother; two sisters Mrs. Larue Vondersmith and Mrs. Roger Folk; and three brothers: George E., John and Lewis Richards.
Burial in Loudon Park Cemetery, Baltimore.
