Mrs. Williams was born Feb. 26, 1876, in Monmouth. She came to Portland with her parents in 1885. She had been a member of First Baptist Church since 1892. She was a charter member of the Cambrian Society of Portland.
Survivors include one son, Robert T.; two sisters, Mrs. Grant Phegley, Portland, and Mrs. Hugh Thomas, Long Beach, Calif., and two brothers, Edward T. Foulkes, Oakland Calif., and Glenn Foulkes, Newberg.
