Mr. Bodiford died Monday, June 29, 1992. Born in Blackville, he was a son of the late
Henry M., Sr. an America Grubbs Bodiford.
A. World War II Army veteran, he retired from the State Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission as director of the license and sales division. He was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Audrey Lott Bodiford; daughters, Jane Fore of Spartanburg and Terri Bolton of Williston; sons, Jerry Bodiford of Barnwell and Don Bodiford of Williston, sisters, Marietta Williams of Pomaria and Abbie Jean Flowers of Blackwell brothers, Henry, Jr. and David Bodiford, Sr. both of Blackville; and nine grandchildren.
