Billy Charles Stallings, of Whitesburg, passed away Sunday, March 02, 2014. He was born October 29, 1932 in Heard County to the late Mr. Charles Adam Stallings and Mrs. Willie Mae Hannah Stallings. He was a park ranger at McIntosh Reserve who was considered by many to be a man of many talents. He was Baptist by faith. He is preceded by both his parents; and a brother, Lamar Stallings. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, March 04, 2014 at 10:00 AM from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel. Interment will follow in the Whitesburg City Cemetery.
