Services for Dennis Bean, Sr., 72, of Sweet Union community near Alto, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Sweet Union Baptist Church with Rev. C. C. Crockett officiating. Interment will be in Sweet Union Cemetery.

Mr. Bean was born June 7, 1925 in the Sweet Union community and died Monday, in Tyler, Tx. He was a farmer and logger.

Survivors include:
* Wife - Ida Lee Bean
* Sons - Dennis, Jr., Willie L., Cornelius
* Daughters - Daisy, Vera Hughes, Wanda Crockett, Carroll Flemon, Ivory North, Kate Johnson, Novella Griffin, Sheryl Blakemore & Bobbie Bean
