The Rev Pat Sorensen officiated. In accordance with Sally's wishes, the body was cremated. Brown Funeral Home of Lohrville handled arrangements.
Sally Garret was born Dec. 22, 1942, at Lake City. She attended and graduated from Lohrville High School in 1960.
Sally was married to Romayne Dudley in 1965 and the couple lived in the communities of Farhamvville and Jefferson. Sally was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Jefferson.
Following a divorce she moved to Lake City due to ill health. She became a resident of Shady Oaks Care Center in Lake City after a diagnosis of cancer earlier in July. She died there July 26, 1998.
Preceding her in death were her father, Lloyd Garrett and a sister, Sue Ann Garrett.
She is survived by her son Byron of Germany; her daughter Michelle Blasnitz of Jefferson; her mother, Lois Garrett of Lohrville; a sister, Sylvia Day of Lohrville; a brother, Dennis Garrett of Arkansas; and five grandchildren.
