September 25, 1930, Leader Times: REMAINS OF DAREDEVIL BROUGHT HOME. Accompanied By Manager and Friends Body Arrived This Morning --- The body of Norman Terry- John Andrews- dare devil of the movies was brought to Ford City this morning and taken to the family home between Slate Lick and Cadogan, on Kittanning RD 5. The young man met death in a leap from the new Hudson River Bridge at New York Sunday Morning when his back was broken when he struck the water after a leap of 220 feet from the catwalk of the structure. The body was removed to the family home and funeral services will be held Friday morning at 9 o'clock from the Guardian Angel Roman Catholic Church. The internment will be in the cemetery adjoining. James Murray, manager of the ill fated stunter, with Mr and Mrs Myers of New York City, accompanied the body. Mr Murray has been held for an appearance in the homicide court of New York for allowing the leap to be made without proper safety precautions.
