Marvin Loyd "Pete" Aultman, 74, of Sylvester, died Friday, February 28, 2014, at Willson Hospice House.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 3, 2014, at Banks Funeral Home Chapel, with interment to follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery. The Revs. Jerry Cooper and Richard McNair will officiate.
Mr. Aultman was born on July 5, 1939, to Joseph Nelson and Martha Jane Young Aultman in Oakfield, Ga. He was a lifelong resident of Worth County.
Mr. Aultman was retired from Proctor & Gamble and had served in the United States Army. He was a member of Northside Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Watson Aultman; son, Alex Aultman (Michelle); daughter, Dana Davis (Bradford); brother, George Aultman (Faye); sister, Geneva Singleton; grandchildren, Grant and Bella Davis; sisters-in-law, Ima Jean Walters and Marie Youngblood; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Aultman was preceded in death by his daughter, Melessa Jane Aultman.
