Reynold Perry Lingar, 50, of Fourmile, went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 24, 2014 at his home. He was born in Pineville, on March 11, 1963 a son of Maxine Gambrell Lingar and the late Charles Louis Lingar.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, David Lingar and a sister, Lisa Lingar Jones.
Survivors include his mother, Maxine Lingar; brother, Donald Ray Lingar; sisters and brother-in-laws, Minnie Jean and Don Smith, Janet and Frank Dell, Tina and Tim Partin; brother-in-law, Charles Jones; nieces and nephews, Donald Wayne Lingar, Allen Dewayne Lingar, Kimberly Jolene Davis, Charles Franklin Dell, Louise Lachelle Partin, Alex Anthony Jones and Derek Andrew Jones; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, great-nieces and nephews and friends. Services will be at 1:00 PM Thursday, February 27, at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Chapel with Rev. John Baird, Rev. Bill Engle, Rev. Thomas Heck and Rev. Arthur Jackson.
Burial will be in the Pinelawn Memorial Gardens, Pineville, with Alex Jones, Terry Collins, Ulis Ray Lingar, Mark Lingar, Tim Partin, Charles Jones, William Lewis, Sam Brown, James Ray Collins, and Derek Jones serving as pallbearers. Honorable pallbearer will be Ulis Lingar.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 until 9 PM at Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Lingar Family.
