JAMES HART
Camp Point, Illinois, May 17. - Funeral services for James Hart were held in the Christian Church at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon. The pastor, the Rev. R. J. McKowen officiated. Mrs. McKowen sang, accompanied by Mrs. Blanche Rainier, at the piano. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery, beside his wife.

Mr. Hart died in the Knights of Pythias home in Decatur May 12. He was born near Columbus, December 15, 1842. He married Lucretia Miller in 1867. Three children were born. They are Charles Hart of Camp Point, Walter Hart, who died December 22, 1919, and George Hart of Camp Point. There are also three grandchildren.

His wife died November 27, 1922. He united with the Christian church about fifty years ago. He was a member of the Knight of Pythias lodge.
