A transcription of headstones in the IOOF Cemetery on S. Chester St in Clarksburg shows Lee H. Vance died on 13 Oct 1901. The headstone appears to have Nov as the month of death and possibly 1911 as the year of death. To correct this discrepancy, a re-reading of the headstone is needed.
