Isaac was born on the McDonald farm northwest of Tishomingo arriving along with his twin sister, Marie. He was an excellent mechanic and business man. His first marriage to Nora Bell Black lasted about 12 years and resulted in two children, Lillian and Roland Kisco. Ike's mother Susan McDonald was a member of the Chickasaw Tribe and was a tribal land owner. His second marriage was to Alberta Francis and resulted in 4 more children, Josephine, Isaac, Jr.(died shortly after birth) Gwendolyn Faye (died of pneumonia as a toddler) and Thurman. Isaac had several brothers and all were well known for their hot tempers and willingness to fight. Isaac passed from this life after a dispute with his brothers over a calf. Isaac was shot on the family farm and died several days later in a hospital in Ardmore, Oklahoma.
