Our beloved, sweet Brooks peacefully passed away on Thursday, August 22, in the mountains of Utah that he loved to visit.
He was born in Mt. Pleasant, Utah on April 20, 1913, to Rasmus L. and Grace West Madsen. He attended Wasatch Academy in Mt. Pleasant and graduated from the University of Utah in accounting. He married Vilate Martineau on January 31, 1945, at the Lion House in Salt Lake City. He retired from Varian in 1975. He enjoyed huning, fishing, bowling and being with family and friends.
