Frederick Gotschall, died Thursday, January 6 in his home after a short illness. A life resident of Carroll County and a retired farm employee, he was born July 24, 1896 in Loudon Township, a son of the late George W. and Esther (Brown) Gotschall.
Survivors include two brothers, Forrest of Rt. 6, Carrollton and Raymond Gotschall of Rt. 5, Carrollton; two sisters, Mrs. Florence Lucas, with whom he resided and Mrs. Ola Smith of Lincoln Ave., Carrollton. One sister, Miss Laura Gotschall preceded him in death. Services were held Saturday in the Allmon-Dugger Funeral Home with Rev. John L. Clark officiating. Burial was in Grandview Cemetery at Carrollton.
