Mr Joseph Murray Seized With Heart Failure Last Evening
Mr Joseph Murray, aged 78 years, a well known old citizen of Cumberland, died suddenly yesterday evening at 6:30 o'clock at his home on Emily Street. He was a native of Ireland and came to America when quite young. Mr Murray was seated out on the front porch when he suddenly became ill and died shortly after being taken into the house, death being due to heart failure. He leaves two daughters, Fannie Murray, housekeeper at the Queen City hotel: Miss Mary Murray and one son, Charles Murray. The funeral will occur tomorrow morning at 9 o'clock from St Patrick's church.
