Arsen was born in Ufa, Russia. Arsen enjoyed learning and loved interacting with his friends at school. His favorite subjects were physics and technical drawing. In early childhood, he wa interested in karate. However, his main enthusiasm lay in the computer that he had gotten the age of six. He was always very interested in technology, keeping up to date with what's new in the technological industry. From his earliest childhood he dreamed of being an inventer, and finally this dream was coming true. In the years leading up to his deah, he was very interested in radio electronics and spent all his leisure time in the technicians station. He was able to assemble microphones and complicated systems of hydrophones. His last idea was an electronic pocket device - to drive away mosquitoes.

Arsen was very kind-hearted, modest, and never spoke ill of others or ever did anything to hurt someone. At the same time he was very funny and perceptive, and was loved by many. He had many friends, and the joined computer clubs together, played guitar, and had planned to form a band. His close friend Rinat had the song "Gone Forever, Eternally Alive," dedicated to Arsen after the plane crash. His teacher, when speaking about Arsen, said that he was "intelligent in alla areas". Arsen loved his parents and older sister Aliya, whose care and love he felt at all times.
