Mildred L. "Mickey" Adkins, 91, was born in Bloomington, IN.
She passed away at home in San Marcos, CA, on February 19, 2014.
Mildred and her family moved to Tucson, AZ, in 1961 and had been a Tucsonan for 53 years. During her time in Tucson she loved to volunteer and help others.
Preceded in death by her husband, Orville; granddaughter, Deanna; and long-time companion Russell.
Survived by her daughter, Sandra; and great-grandson, Robert.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2014, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Service 11:00 a.m. at Funeraria del Angel South Lawn, Tucson. Entombment to follow immediately at South Lawn Cemetery.
