Services for Charles W. Weber, 82, 2524 Portland avenue, who died Monday, will be 10.30 a m. Wednesday at Lakewood chapel, with burial in Lakewood cemetery.

He was a former employe of McDonald Brothers and a 30-year resident of the Minneapolis area.

Surviving are his wife, Maye; two daughters, Mrs. E.. R. Haines and Mrs. G. M. Harold, both of Minneapolis; four sons, Ralph, St. Paul, Bert, Green Isle, Minn., Irvin, Kenmare, N. D., and Joe, Roswell, N. M.; a sister, Mrs. William E. Drury, Butte, Mont., and a brother, Henry, Bellingham, Wash.

Charles married Mary Helga Nelson and together they had six children. Bertrand, Ralph, Irvin, Joe, Marion and Jewel. Wife Mary died after suffering smoke inhalation due to a homestead fire. The two youngest children, Irvin and Joe, were adopted by Mary's sister Annie and Perry Purdy of Kenmare, ND. Charles moved to Minneapolis and married May (last name unknown). Charles ' father was Otto Weber and his mother's name was Julia Lee.
