Tony was a twin who lived his 53 years of life disabled by severe cerebral palsy. I first met Tony and his parents, Dr. Jesse P. "Jack" Pratt, II and Margaret B. Pratt, when I became a new member of North Side Baptist Church in West Columbia about 1992. Tony had to be moved around positioned on his side in a sort of baby carriage. The devotion of this family to "family" was an amazing Christian testimony. They later transferred membership to Mt. Hebron United Methodist Church on Leaphart Road.
