Edward A. Jenisch, ELLINWOOD-88, died May 21, 1995 at Ellinwood District Hospital.
He was botn April 10, 1907 at Odin, the son of Carl and Josephine Frenzel Jenisch.
A longtime Ellinwood resident. He was a retired
farmer andd a professional painter and decorator.
He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Ellinwood.
He was pass vice president of Decorator Association and Barton County Farm Bureau.
On November 15, 1927 he married Anna Kowalsky. She died
May 4, 1932. On August 9, 1935 he married Edna A. Schmidt at Lyons. She survivors include; a son Robert, Ellinwood; a daughter, Alma "Pinky" Lloyd, Ellinwood; two sisters, Adeline Sharp, Ellinwood, and Lcona Dressel, Lyons; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
An Atlar Society rosary will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday ar Kimple Funeral Home, Ellinwood. Parish wake service will be at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Ellinwood with Father Joseph Bahr presiding. Burial will be in Lakin-Comanche District Cemetery, Ellinwood. Memorials may be sent to the church school endowent fund .
