Norman Wolf, 84, passed away Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014. Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Mount Olivet Chapel. Norman was born in Dallas on Dec. 23, 1929, to Henry and Bertha Wolf. He attended North Side High School and worked for Swift and Company for 13 years before opening his own business, Norman's Garage, and later Norman's Mobil, both in Haltom City. He was a member of Friendly Lane Baptist Church and Diamond Oaks Country Club where he was an avid golfer. A great husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, he was loved and will be greatly missed by all. The family would like to thank Dr. James Murphy and Dr. Mark Redrow and all the great people at Texas Oncology in Fort Worth, and also the staff at Heritage House in Keller for all their excellent care. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Sara Gassman. Survivors: Wife of 63 years, Alice Wolf; sons, Norman W. Wolf and wife, Jeanne, Darrell Wolf; daughter, Gail Wright and husband, Greg; grandchildren, Darren, Brent and Brad Wolf, Eric and Abby Wright; great-grandchildren, Ashtyn, Dylan, Avery, Bryce and Landry; brother, Donald Wolf; five nephews; and special friend, Rev. Cabel Roberts;
