Daughter of Frank Bernard Meier and Clara A Litchtenfeld.
Wife of Harold Adams for more than 71 years.
Mother of Karen (John) Finder, Barbara (Gary Bickham) Adams and the late Thomas (survived by Mary) Adams and Bonnie (survived by Larry) Hamlett.
Grandmother of Tina, Tammy, Ken, Karrie, Jeff, Rebecca, Dorian, Sarah, Conor, Maureen and Gary.

Ruth was the second youngest of seven daughters. She was raised in Addieville, Il. and then Belleville, IL. Her parents spent most of their married lives in the St. Louis area but enjoyed extensive travels. Ruth shared her love with many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Ruth was known as one of the most compassionate people you would ever want to have in your life. If you needed help she was the first to offer it. This extended far outside of her immediate family and was appreciated by everyone in her circle. She was the historian in her family who handed down stories from generation to generation. She will be missed but will live on in our hearts and through her stories that we will continue to tell.

Funeral Service was held at Kutis Chapel, Affton, Mo.
