Sarah "Sallie" Thompson is the daughter of Isaac Thomas Thompson and his wife Jane. She married Joseph "Joe" Baker in April 1800 in Burke County, North Carolina, and they had at least sixteen children. She is buried beside her husband in the Baker Family Cemetery in Burke County.
