Jesse Pulley was native of Missouri - Jesse B. Pulley, 86 a resident of Leavenworth County for over 50 years, died Wednesday following an illness of several months.
Mr. Pulley was born in Platte County, Mo., June 1, 1873 the son of Mr. and Mrs. William D. Pulley. The family came to Leavenworth in 1901. He later returned to Missouri and married Miss Faye Curtis in Lexington, Mo, July 25, 1916. They retuned to Leavenworth County in 1923. Mrs. Pulley died here March 7, 1952. He was a member of the Baptist Church in Lexington, Mo.
Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Edna Seymour, and one brother, Bruce Pulley, both of RR3, near Boling, Kan and several nieces and nephews. Burial in Mount Muncie Cemetery.
