Esther (Lovell) Hudson, 92, formerly of Camillus, passed away Tuesday, February 4, at her son's home in Weeki Wachee, Florida. Born in Camillus on August 16, 1921, she married Harlan Hudson in March 1946 and lived in Camillus until moving to Florida in 1992. Esther was a founding member of Immanuel Methodist Church in Camillus and The First United Methodist Church of Lakeland in Lakeland, FL. She was an avid card player and loved visiting with her friends and family. She was able to see her first great-grandson, Cullen, before passing away the next day. Esther was predeceased by her husband, Harlan, in 2010. Surviving are her son, Richard (Darlene) of Weeki Wachee, FL; daughter, Jeanette (Allan) Mercer of Warners; granddaughters, Margaret, Aubrey and Samantha; and four great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be in the spring in Maplewood Cemetery, Camillus. Arrangements are by the Buranich Funeral Home, Camillus. Contributions may be made in Esther's name to HPH Hospice, Attn: Donations, 12107 Majestic Blvd., Hudson, FL 34667.
