Deceased Name: GOOSEMAN Willetta Mae Gooseman

GOOSEMAN Willetta Mae Gooseman, 82, of Lexington, died unexpectedly, Thursday, November 22, 2007, at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence. Willetta was born July 9, 1925, in Lexington, Mo., the daughter of Arthur William and Jessie Mae Nordsieck Hoover. Willetta married Emmett Louis Gooseman August 10, 1947, in Lexington. She was a seamstress at Dunhill Shirt Company, and had worked in the school cafeteria, but was first a homemaker. She was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church in Lexington since 1939. Those surviving include: two sons, David M. Gooseman and wife, Esther, Lathrop, Mo. and Steven G. Gooseman and wife, Patricia, of Higginsville, Mo.; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emmett, on July 14, 2004, and her parents. Funeral services were held Saturday, November 24, 2007, at Grace Lutheran Church in Lexington.
