Teresa M. Haen, 89 Piqua, died yesterday, February 18, at the Allen Cunty Hospital. Mrs. Haen was born March 15, 1886, near Piqua and was a lifetime resident of Piqua area. She was married to Jacob Haen in Piqua on May 3, 1905. Mr. Haen died in 1969. She was a member of the St. Martin"s Catholic Church and the Altar Society. Survivors include three sons, Frank Haen and Hubert Haen, both of Piqua, and Donald Haen, Neosho Falls; four daughters, Mrs. G. T. (Lenore) Heffern, Kansas City, Kansas, Mrs, Carl (Irene) Wille, Piqua, Mrs. J. L. (Margaret) Heffern, Olathe, and Mrs. Raymond (Mary Beth) Massoth, Piqua; a sister, Mrs. Barbara Hoag, Parsons; 30 grandchildern, 44 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a son, Ralph Haen. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the St. Martin"s Catholic Church. The Rev. Joseph Tockert will officiate. Burial will be in St. Martin"s Cemetery. Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m.Friday at the St. Martin"s Catholic Church. The Waugh-Yokum Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Was a midwife and helped deliver Buster Keaton according to a descendant. Her husband's family were also carpenters who helped build the house Keaton grew up in.
