MRS. LULA B. BUSHONG

Mrs. Lula B. Bushong, 65, widow of George E. Bushong and one of Albion's
best known flower fanciers, was found dead shortly before noon Monday in her
home at 1400 Jackson Road, apparently suffering a heart attack between 7
and 9:30 a. m.
Mrs. Bushong died just seven years to a day after her husband, an
Albion factory foreman, passed away suddenly. She was best known here for her
flower gardens beside US 12, just east of Albion. She had resided on Jackson
Road since 1924.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p. m. in the Marsh Funeral
Home. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
Surviving Mrs. Bushong are seven sons, Donald of Muskegon, Max of
Marshall, Clark of Ypsilanti, Leland of Grass Lake, Lynn of Detroit, Robert and William of Albion; three daughters, Mrs. Guy Kiefer of Homer, Mrs. James Miller of Springport and Mrs. George Sibal of Albion, and a brother, Leland Clark of Pulaski.
