Paul David Dickey, passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2014. The Effingham County native was employed with the U.S. Post Office in Clyo and formerly worked with his father at Paul Dickey's T.V. Shop. He was very dedicated to the Library and was an avid reader. He was preceded in death by his mother, Delories Parker Dickey.
