Joyce C. Walter, 82 of Lee's Summit, Mo. passed away on February 18, 2014 at John Knox Village. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st from 2:00p.m.-3:00p.m. at Langsford Funeral Home. Memorial Service will follow at 3:00. Inurnment at Lee's Summit Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to John Knox Village Hospice. Joyce was born on Sept 4, 1931 in Waco, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents Ernest and Pearl Nelund, sisters Lois Loy and Louise Terry and a brother Larry Nelund. Survivors include her husband Dale E. Walter, daughter Rhonda K. Murray (James L. Murray III), grand daughter Kristina C. Murray, grandson James D. Murray and one great grandson Austin Cole.
