Mark D. Bunch Sr., 54, died Sunday, Feb. 16, 2003 in Warren. The Trumbull County Coroner's office is investigating.

He was found in his car dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the chest, which at the time he was living in.

He was born Jan. 7, 1949, in Marion Ind., the son of Wayne Briner and Eleanor Chapman Bunch.

Mark got the last name "Bunch" when he was born, because that was his mothers married name at the time. He also lived in Florida when he was a young boy, and then moved to Leavittsburg, Ohio, when his mother remarried.

He graduated from Leavittsburg High School in 1968; In high school he was considered a bad ass, most likely because him and his four brothers and mother were beaten daily by step-father (Eric Hill) until they were big and old enough to fight back.

Mark married the former Linda D. Wishart in Marion, Indiana on June 28, 1968. They ran away to get married, because her parents said no to marriage. Divorced June 2002.

Worked at General Motors 1969-1979. Mark Bunch was a self-employed carpenter most of the time, also did commercial construction.

He leaves his mother Eleanor Chapman Mumma of Conway, S.C.; his former wife Linda Wishart Bunch, two sons, Mark Bunch Jr. of Mineral Ridge and Kirk (Debra) Bunch of Canfield, three brothers, David Bunch of Leavittsburg, Kerry Bunch of Warren, Richard Bunch of Conway, S. C. and two grandsons Kirk Bunch Jr. and Jaret Bunch.

Mark was preceded in death by his father Wayne Briner and one brother Merlin Bunch.

**Is not know if Mark's father Wayne Briner, knew about him.

Their will be no services per family's request. Cremation was done and ashes will be scattered.
