Mr. Webb died Oct 3, 2006 at Provena Covenant Medical Center, Urbana. He was born Jan 24, 1935 in DeLand, a s/o C. L. "Ted" and Willie A. Perdue Webb. Survivors include six nephews and seven nieces. He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Mr. Webb was a director of operations at Franchise Mgmt Systems Arby's Restaurants and retired. He had served in the Army Reserves in Rockford.
He was a member of DeLand United Methodist Church and enjoyed fishing and attending IL sporting events. Memorials may be made to an organization of the donor's choice.
