Born in Oconee County, to the late Newt and Louise Capps Crenshaw, he was a veteran of the US Navy. He was retired from Jacobs Mfg., and he was a mechanic.
Surviving are sons, Eddie, Joey, David and Randy Glenn, daughters, Tina Johnson, Misty Justice and Carla Blaser, 16 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents and wife, sister, Linda Bryant, precedes Mr. Crenshaw.

Graveside Memorial services for Mr. Crenshaw will be 2 PM, Monday, December 15, 2008 at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Walhalla.
The family is at the home of son, Randy and Sherry Glenn, 328 Capps Rd., Walhalla, SC 29691, where the family will receive friends from 4-7PM Sunday.
